Sinn Féin’s support which increased by four percentage points in May, post the Northern Ireland Assembly Elections, has increased a further percentage point to 37% of the electorate stating they would vote for them in the event of a General Election. They remain by far the most popular party in the Republic of Ireland. Similarly Mary Lou McDonald’s satisfaction rating remains at 52%, a rating that places her back in the most popular leader position.
