In August 2006, she joined Behaviour & Attitudes as CATI Unit Manager and now fills the role of DPO, Compliance and Contracts manager

Emma ensured that B&A’s CATI Unit is fully compliant with MRS/ESOMAR Codes of Conduct and maintains a strict control of quality and management of projects.

Having always had an interest in Data Protection she completed the Certified Data Protection Practitioner course with the ICS in 2016 and became a member of ADPO (Association of Data Protection Officers). In March 2024 she is completing a Certified GDPR and Data Protection course with the IPA and regularly attends ongoing training and conferences in her field.

Emma has a B.A. in Communications Studies from DCU and an M.A. in Film Studies from UCD.
