As was the case in May, Micheál Martin, Leo Varadkar and Mary Lou McDonald are neck in neck with each other in the party leader popularity stakes, with McDonald’s rating having increased three percentage points to 52% since last month. This increase in support for the Sinn Féin leader is most pronounced amongst female voters (up 6 percentage points), 18 to 34 year olds (up 8 points) and in Dublin (up 6 points).
