Aisling is an expert in all quantitative methodologies and has worked with clients in both the public and private sectors. She began her research career at Ipsos in 2004 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management and Marketing. She has managed the Quality of Postal Service Monitor on behalf of ComReg, ensuring compliance with the European Standard EN:13850, since 2004. Aisling manages all quantitative research undertaken for safefood and the HSE’s National Tobacco Control Office . Aisling also has vast experience in conducting large-scale tracking projects in the areas of Customer Satisfaction (Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi), Loyalty (Vodafone, O2) and Corporate Reputation (RTE, Safefood). Since 2022, Aisling has managed the National Household Travel survey, a large-scale study on travel behaviours in the Republic of Ireland, the data from which is now used as an official Government statistic.
