Public policy, financial, consumer sentiment, employee engagement and amenityWith over 15 years of experience, Rachel is an expert in quantitative research with a particular focus on large-scale surveys.
Rachel began her research career at Ipsos in 2006 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University College Dublin and a Master of Science (Hons) in Marketing Practice from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School. She specialises in managing large-scale quantitative CATI projects and has worked with many high-profile clients such as National Oversight Authority Commission (NOAC), Civil Service, Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), Department of Social Protection (DSP) and Bord Bia. Rachel also successfully co-managed the Economic Sentiment tracker on behalf of the EU since 2016, which has recently been re-commissioned. She has also worked on numerous employee engagement surveys on behalf of public and private sector clients such as the HSE, HIQA, Tusla, EPA and Rehab. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys baking, yoga and jogging.
