Cathy began her career with Allianz Global Assistance (formerly Mondial Assistance) in 2006, and in 2008 was promoted to Business Development Executive. Part of this role included the analysis of motor breakdowns by model and other demographics, which was her first introduction to quantitative research. She joined Behaviour & Attitudes in 2013, and has been involved in the production of numerous quantitative and qualitative reports since then. She has a has a keen interest in all types of research, however she is particularly drawn to the areas of segmentation and brand tracking.Focus
