Over the years Behaviour & Attitudes have conducted surveys, both qualitative and quantitative, across a very wide spectrum of industry and service sectors, including the following:
Automotive
We have a wealth of experience in the automotive sector, conducting tracking surveys, both in Ireland and as part of global studies and a range of qualitative studies, for a number of major European, North American and Far Eastern marques.
Drinks (Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic)
We conduct major brand, consumer and advertising tracking studies for some of the main brands both in alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
In addition to this we have vast qualitative experience in Ireland and internationally in both sectors, covering licensed premises, beer, spirits and wine.

Financial
Decisions that people make regarding their finances, particularly in the current climate, are often complex. We’ve worked with many of the top banks and financial institutions in Ireland to generate insights into how people make these decisions, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques.

FMCG and Retail
Fast Moving Consumer Goods encompasses a very broad variety of brands and product categories. We’ve worked with many of the top FMCG brands and retailers both in Ireland and internationally, to understand how consumers make decisions.
We conduct continuous tracking studies to gauge purchasing and usage behaviour, category management studies to assess optimum retail layout from a consumer perspective and qualitative studies to understand the evolving relationship that consumers have with brands and shops. We also have developed specialism in store catchment and store exit studies.

Healthcare and Pharmaceutical
We work alongside many of the biggest pharmaceutical and healthcare companies both in Ireland and globally. We conduct extensive research among both consumers and healthcare professionals, and our CATI unit has developed particular expertise at handling projects interviewing senior healthcare professionals and doctors. Many of our pharmaceutical and healthcare studies are qualitative in nature and fieldwork has taken in many European countries.

Public Service/Utilities
Our experience in working with government agencies and departments and non-profit organisations is broad. We have conducted studies on many areas of public policy, particularly focusing on the impact of public communications initiatives.

Telecommunications
We work with many of the major telecommunications, technology and media organisations in Ireland, to interrogate how consumers interact with their brands and technology in an increasingly connected and converging world.
As well as running large scale brand, advertising and customer satisfaction studies, we also run online groups and consumer blogs to ensure that consumers are at the heart of the innovation process in these emerging markets.
Media and Social Polling
As well as conducting strategic and tracking studies for state and independent media organisations throughout Ireland, we also handle:
Joint National Internet Research – the most comprehensive research project conducted in Ireland on internet usage, and is the industry standard for statistical information on internet usage
Television Audience Measurement (TAM) - We have recently been awarded the Establishment Survey contract for the TV audience measure industry survey (TAM) for 2009-2012. This one of the largest face-to-face random probability surveys conducted in Ireland and is the cornerstone of the TV industry research.
Irish Times Social Polling – we conduct the highly public series of social polls for the Irish Times, Ireland’s leading quality broadsheet newspaper.
