Elaine is particularly interested in finding new and different ways to undertake research projects. In recent times, this has involved longitudinal approaches, filmed depth interviews in home, telephone recruitment of niche users and other novel product testing methods.

On a day to day basis, Elaine is involved in a wide range of tracking studies, category management in a broad number of grocery categories, food and beverages, medical and health projects, finance, shopping, radio, and property projects.
